Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Orders may currently only be delivered to addresses within the UAE.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

For International Shipping, please note that we do not offer international shipping due to restrictions on perfumes.

سياسة الإسترجاع

سنُعيد إليكم كامل قيمة المنتجات غير التالفة التي تم ارجاعها حسب الأصول (باستثناء مصاريف التوصيل الأصلية٬ الضرائب وأي رسوم جمركية، إن وجدت): (أولاً) عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية التي تم دفع مبلغ الطلبية عن طريقها، إذا كان تم دفع المبلغ باستخدام بطاقة دفع أو حساب باي بال، أو (ثانياً) بإضافة رصيد إلى حسابكم على أُناس يكون مخصص للشراء من الموقع للطلبات المدفوعة عبر خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام. يُرجى العلم بأنه لأسباب خاصة بالمنظومة المتبعة، سيحتاج العملاء المسجلين كزوار القيام بإنشاء حساب دائم وتسجيل بياناتهم على موقعنا٬ حتى يتم استلام الرصيد على الحساب بنجاح. في حال إرجاع المنتج بعد الحصول على خدمة السعر المماثل٬ يتم تطبيق شروط خاصة.

في حال استلام طلبكم تالفاً أو كان أياً من المنتجات مختلف عما طلبتموه، فعندئذٍ يُرجى الاتفاق على إرجاع المنتج إلينا باستخدام عملية الإرجاع المذكورة. يجب إرجاع المنتج في نفس حالته التي تم استلامه بها خلال 30 يوم من استلامكم الطلبية لنعيد لكم المبلغ المدفوع بالكامل، بما في ذلك – إن وجدت – مصاريف توصيل الطلبية الأصلية، الضرائب وأي رسوم جمركية. قد تتوافر إمكانية استبدال المنتجات. أيضاً قد تتمتع المنتجات التالفة بضمان ضد عيوب الصناعة.

التوصيل

حالياً يتم التوصيل إلى العناوين داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط. مذكورة أدناه طرق توصيل الطلبيات المتوفرة حالياً. إلا أننا نسعى دائماً لتحسين تجربة عملائنا وربما نعرض طرقاً إضافية للتوصيل أو الاستلام عبر قنوات التسويق لدينا. يُرجى معاودة التحقق بصفة مستمرة لمعرفة ما إذا كانت خيارات أخرى قد أصبحت متوافرة.

توصيل الطلبات متوفر فقط الى دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، يتم التوصل عن طريق خدمة أراميكس في خلال ٣ الى ٥ ايام عمل  .
