If cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the event date: 25% will be deducted from the advance, and the remaining will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs between 15–29 days before the event date: 30% will be deducted from the advance, and the remaining will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs between 7–14 days before the event date: 35% will be deducted from the advance, and the remaining will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs on the same day of the event: the entire advance will be non-refundable.
