MHG LOYALTY PROGRAM - TERMS AND CONDITIONS (ONLINE PURCHASES AT MHGBOUTIQUE.COM) 
  • SUBSCRIPTION TO MHG LOYALTY PROGRAM:

    • To avail the benefits of MHG Loyalty Program, it is mandatory for the customer to register online by providing a mobile number, email and name.
    • The membership is linked to the country of registration and is currently available only for UAE customers.

     

    MECHANICS OF MHG LOYALTY PROGRAM:

    • MHG loyalty program allows each member to cumulate points (called Hilal Hearts or Hearts) from each paid purchase done online.
    • Members will earn 2.5% Hilal Hearts on all their online purchases on MHGboutique.com.
    • 1 Hilal Heart is equal to 1 AED/Dirham.
    • The earned hearts will be available for redemption only after 15 days of the date of purchase.
    • Hilal hearts can only be redeemed at MHG Retail Stores (physical retail point of sale) and are not available for redemption online.
    • To redeem the hearts in-store, customer needs to provide the registered mobile number used during the online purchase to the cashier before billing.
    • If at the moment of purchase, member has enough Hearts, MHG will give the possibility to redeem validated Hearts and use them to pay a part of the bill.

    o   Amount of the redeeming cannot exceed total bill amount.

    o   No cash can be given against Hearts redeeming.

    o   You can redeem a part or total amount of your Hearts.

    • Hearts validity is one year (365 days) from date of purchase.
    • MHG is the only one to decide if hearts have to be credited or not. If a Member wishes to claim any adjustment to the number of hearts credited or to claim retrospectively for hearts, the member must do so within 45 days from date of the transaction by sending written details (copy of purchase receipt, mobile number and name) to care@hilal.cc. MHG will investigate the case and inform the customer accordingly.
    • If a transaction on which Hearts are issued or redeemed is canceled, reversed or not completed, the loyalty hearts will be adjusted accordingly.

     

    CONDITIONS OF USE OF MHG LOYALTY PROGRAM:

    • The customer is required to provide complete information online, clearly readable to be able to receive our offers. All these information are strictly for MHG use and will not be shared with any tier out of the group except from time to time with sub-contractors, consultants, agents and affiliated companies to fulfill their obligations and services (For example: deliveries)
    • Membership and its benefits are strictly personal and MHG reserves the right to request at any time documentation to verify the identity of a customer who wishes to subscribe or use the Loyalty Program.
    • In case of any fraud or misconduct, rewards may be refused or cancelled.
    • Loyalty program is only for individual customers, no corporate entity can be entitled.
    • The Hearts accumulated while purchasing products cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • A Loyalty program member must use his/her account in strict compliance with these terms and conditions. If MHG suspects that a guest is not complying with these terms and conditions, or using a fake identity, it reserves the right to suspend or close the Loyalty program account immediately.
    • MHG has the right to modify the earning and redeeming rules of the loyalty program, including Hearts number or value and will inform every member through any means about these changes.
    • The personal information and number of Hearts accumulated or available for redemption on a Loyalty Account can be checked by contacting the cashier in any of our MHG retail stores or by contacting MHG customer care.
    • MHG reserves the right to suspend or terminate the loyalty program. If this happens all loyalty Accounts will be suspended or terminated. In the event that MHG decides to terminate the Loyalty program, all members will be informed by means of the contact information supplied by them and a delay to redeem the accumulated Hearts of 3 months will be given. If the Hearts are not used within this period, they will be considered as lost and no compensation could be asked to MHG.
