Loyalty program hearts

 

Mohamed Hilal Group loyalty program is operated by MHG and available in all the participating fix retail premises of the group within the GCC. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the UAE and any dispute may be referred to Dubai court.

  • SUBSCRIPTION TO THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

To become a member you need to register (online or in one of our premises) and need to provide a phone number and name. Membership and its benefits are strictly personal and MHG reserves the right to request at any time documentation to verify the identity of a customer who wishes to subscribe or use the Loyalty Program.You will be invited to download the App to be able to fully take advantage of the clubs features. The membership is linked to the country of registration, a member cannot earn or redeem in another country. To do so, another account has to be created within each country.

  • PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DATA

You will have to provide us complete information, clearly readable to be able to receive our offers. All these information are strictly for MHG use and will not be shared with any tier out of the group except from time to time with sub-contractors, consultants, agents and affiliated companies to fulfill their obligations and services (For eg. deliveries). MHG is not responsible for the non-receipt by a Loyal Customer of an offer or impossibility to redeem due to outdated or incorrect information. Any member has a permanent right to access, modify or close his account on the website. If the account is not used for more than one year, MHG reserves the right to delete it. You are responsible for notifying MHG through any available mean, of any change in your address or contact details. As a member you are responsible for keeping your Membership login secret to avoid any misuse of your account. If any doubt, member should inform immediately MHG as we will not be considered as responsible for the misuse of your account.

  • PURPOSE OF THE MHG LOYALTY PROGRAM

This program allows each member to cumulate points (called Hearts) from each paid purchase done in our fixed premises (point activated maximum 24 hours after the purchase) with this rate, depending on the status at the time of the purchase:

If status is MOJAB : 40 AED /SAR /BD /OR /QAR/KD = 1 Heart

If status is MOGHRAM : 40 AED /SAR /BD /OR /QAR/KD =  2 Hearts 

If status is MOLA'H : 40 AED /SAR /BD /OR /QAR/KD = 4 Hearts

To receive MHG Hearts, any member has to identify himself before payment is concluded at the time of purchase as failure to do so will result in no crediting any loyalty Points. Each account is attached to one country.

Hearts validity: is one year from date of purchase.

A loyalty status is linked to the amount spent during the last 12 months:

- In UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia
  • From 1 to 11999 Dhs/SR/QR = Mojab
  • From 12000 to 23999 Dhs/SR/QR = Moghram
  • From 24000 Dhs/SR/QR and more = Molah

- In Oman/Bahrein

  • From 1 to 1199 OR/BD = Mojab
  • From 1200 to 2399 OR/BD = Moghram
  • From 2400 OR/BD and more = Molah

- In Kuweit

  • From 1 to 956 KD = Mojab
  • From 957 to 1912 KD = Moghram
  • From 1913 KD and more = Molah

You can earn hearts from Instagram, Twitter and Facebook post sharing and they will be credited, if post is still active and visible, every end of month. You can earn hearts if you review your experience just after your purchase. You may receive from time to time offers to boost or win additional points participating to operations, contests…

You will receive welcoming hearts if you download the App from our kiosk the day you will get your membership. MHG loyalty hearts will be processed successfully only if notification is received from MHG to the member.

MHG is the only one to decide if hearts have to be credited or not. If a Member wishes to claim any adjustment to the number of hearts credited or to claim retrospectively for hearts, the Member must do so within 45 days from date of the transaction by sending written details (purchase receipt, referral note...) on our website or care@hilal.cc. MHG will inform the member within a maximum of 15 days. If a transaction on which Hearts are issued or redeemed is canceled, reversed or not completed, we will reverse the associated Hearts movement. (With the same previous validity date). If a member wants to return a product paid or partially paid redeeming Hearts, Hearts will be credited back, no cash can be given against the redeemed part.

If insufficient Hearts are available, or we suspect fraud or misconduct, Rewards may be refused or canceled.

  •  CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

Loyalty membership is personal to each registered person and cannot be transferred to or used by another person. MHG reserves the right to request at any time documentation to verify the identity of a customer who wishes to have benefits from the Loyalty Program. Loyalty program is only for private customers, no corporate entity can be entitled. The Hearts accumulated while purchasing products in MHG Stores cannot be transferred from the Loyal Customer to any other person nor can they be exchanged for cash. The benefits offered by the Loyalty program can be taken advantage of only upon presentation of the App or the registered phone while purchasing products from our retail stores. (ID could be asked)

No redeeming will be allowed in the shop if we cannot check Hearts validity or members’ identity into the system

A Loyalty program member must use his/her account in strict compliance with these terms and conditions. If MHG suspects that a guest is not complying with these terms and conditions, or using a fake identity, it reserves the right to suspend or close the Loyalty program account immediately.

The Participating Outlets may also change from time to time, at the discretion of MHG, up-to-date information will be provided on the website with a reasonable delay for any such change, cancellation, addition, withdrawal or modification.

MHG has the right to modify the earning and redeeming rules of the loyalty program, including Hearts number or value and will inform every member through any means about these changes.

The personal information and number of Hearts accumulated on a Loyalty Account can be checked by the member:

  • On our website www.hilal.cc
  • By asking a cashier in any of our participating store
  • Logging into the iOS/Android App 

We may make changes to these Rules and will give the member a 30 days’ notice by means of the contact information supplied by them. Earning or redeeming Hearts on a loyalty Account will constitute acceptance of the revised rules. 

We may suspend or terminate the loyalty program. If this happens all loyalty Accounts will be suspended or terminated. In the event that MHG decides to terminate the Loyalty program, all members will be informed by means of the contact information supplied by them and a delay to redeem the accumulated Hearts of 3 months will be given. If the Hearts are not used within this period, they will be considered as lost and no compensation could be asked to MHG. Our loyal Customers will not be entitled to any compensation in the event of modification or termination of the Loyalty Program.

  • REDEEMING

    5.1. Instant redeem to pay your purchase

    After having accumulated Hearts, members can redeem in any physical retail point of sale (participating so except Vavavoom and Harvey Nichols The Avenues mall Kuwait and Galleries Lafayette Dubai Mall) or on our e-commerce website

    If at the moment of purchase, member has enough Hearts, MHG will give the possibility to redeem validated Hearts and use them to pay a part of the bill. (24 hours after the last purchase) : 

    • Amount of the redeeming cannot exceed total bill amount.
    • No cash can be given against Hearts redeeming.
    • You can redeem a part or total amount of your Hearts.

    A member cannot redeem Hearts issued in the current purchase. Hearts balance and status is based on amount before the purchase.  Each new loyalty Heart can only be redeemed on a future purchase (at least 24 hours after). In case of order, Hearts will be credited when product or service is delivered and fully paid.

    Redeem value depends on the country where the account has been registered, no member can earn or redeem out of his zone.

    • Zone 1 : UAE/QATAR/SAUDI ARABIA: 1 heart gives one local currency
    • Zone 2 : KUWAIT: 1 heart gives 1 local currency
    • Zone 3 : BAHREIN/OMAN: 1 Heart gives 1 local currency

     During sales and promotional periods, the Loyal Customer can accumulate Hearts but may not be permitted to redeem points on discounted merchandise.

    Validity :

    Hearts validity is one year from date of purchase. Non used Hearts will be voided after the 12 months by batch each end of March, June, September and December. Hearts consumption is based on First in-First out calculation.

    Status validity is 12 months from date of obtaining. If after redeeming, a member does not come back within one year to the previous status thanks to his purchases, he will be automatically downgraded to the status corresponding to his Hearts amount.

    5.2. Emit a gift voucher : 

    if one of our members wants to offer his Hearts to a friend, he has to come in one of our premises and ask to emit a voucher against Hearts. When voucher is used as a payment method by the guest who received it and if purchase value is lower than voucher’s value, no change, service or product can be given in case of partial voucher use.

    • No cash or change will be given against a voucher. 
    • Product paid with a voucher cannot be refunded, in case of return, a new voucher will be emitted.
    • Voucher has a 6 month validity after which it will be automatically cancelled and not usable.
    • Earning or redeeming Hearts on a loyalty Account will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    5.4 Free services for Mola'h level

    If you reach the status of Molah you will have the right to get Free spray service for your even once per membership. 

    What we provide: our staff will come and welcome your guests (unlimited number) for 3 hours with our perfumes, Dokhoon or creams.

    This for the Graduation, wedding, Engagement or Birthday for your immediate close family: children, brother and sister only.
